For landlords and letting agents
We work with landlords and agents who need a property turned round between tenancies. Keys can be collected from your office, the clean is done to the inventory standard, and we can add carpet cleaning and a garden tidy in the same visit so the property is ready to view. Many of our landlord clients have used us for years, which is where most of our new work comes from.
How to book
- Send us the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the postcode and the date the keys need to go back.
- We send a fixed price for the clean and any add-ons.
- The property should be empty of belongings and the fridge switched off the night before so it can be cleaned properly.
Questions we get asked.
Do you guarantee the deposit?
No cleaning company can promise how a landlord or clerk will behave, and you should be careful of anyone who says otherwise. What we do is clean to the inventory standard and, if the check-out report flags a cleaning item we missed, we come back and put it right.
How long does it take?
A one-bedroom flat is normally a half-day for a team of two. A three-bedroom house with carpets is usually a full day. We confirm the time when we quote.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most of our end of tenancy cleans are done with keys collected from the tenant, landlord or agent.
Do you clean carpets as part of it?
Carpet cleaning is an add-on because not every property needs it. If the inventory says the carpets were professionally cleaned at check-in, they will need to be at check-out too, and we do it in the same visit.
