Who we clean for
Over the last 19 years we have looked after offices, blocks of flats, schools, leisure centres, churches, restaurants and retail units across London. The photos on this page are from our own contracts.
- Offices and co-working spaces: desks, kitchens, WCs, meeting rooms, reception. Daily or a few times a week, evenings or early mornings.
- Blocks of flats and communal areas: stairwells, lobbies, lifts, bin stores, external paths. Regular weekly visits with a signed log sheet.
- Schools, nurseries and churches: DBS-checked staff, term-time schedules and deep cleans in the holidays.
- Restaurants, cafes and leisure centres: front of house, changing rooms, floors that take a beating. Degreasing and periodic deep cleans included in the plan.
What a contract with us looks like
- Site visit. We walk the building with you, note the problem areas and agree exactly what is included.
- Written specification and price. Room by room, task by task, with frequency. No vague "general clean".
- The same trained team, supervised. Staff are trained, supervised and personally contactable. If something is missed, you call the manager, not a call centre.
- Periodic deep cleans. Carpets, upholstery, hard floors and high-level dusting on a schedule, so the building never slowly slides.

Questions we get asked.
Do you provide your own equipment and products?
Yes. We bring our own commercial equipment and cleaning products. If your site requires specific products, for example for allergy or environmental reasons, tell us and we will use them.
Can you clean outside office hours?
Yes. Most of our office and school contracts run in the evening or early morning so staff never see a cleaner during the working day.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and copies of the certificates are available at any time.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We agree the frequency and the term with you at the site visit. Regular contracts get the best rates, but we also take one-off deep cleans.
