For contractors and developers
A tidy handover makes the snagging list shorter and the client happier. We can work to your programme, including weekends, and provide a sparkle clean the day before the client walks round. Insurance documents are available for your site file.
Before we arrive
Ask the builders to remove their materials, tools and rubble first. We clean; we do not clear the site. If there is rubbish to go, tell us and we can quote for it separately.
Questions we get asked.
How many visits does it take?
Most homes need one long visit with a second pass for settled dust. Large refurbishments are done in two visits a few days apart.
Can you start while the builders are finishing?
We can do the first stage while snagging is going on, but the final detail clean needs the trades out of the building or the dust simply comes back.
Do you clean windows after building work?
Yes, inside and reachable outside, including removing paint and plaster spots from the glass and frames.
